Eagle expresses accountability for one's commitment through both actions and thoughts. Besides that, it symbolizes the liberation and rights of an endangered female Philippine hawk-eagle that was rescued by a former student of Lucban Academy.

Continuous improvement in pursuit of high-level achievement standards. Shows commitment, durability, and elevation of oneself in solving problems and doing work.
